About Cathy & Her Process


For 25 years I was very good at doing two things:  losing weight and gaining weight.  I was a competitive dieter, competing against myself and my own willpower.  I was a great loser and a superb gainer.  I could gain weight faster than anyone I ever met.  I tried nearly every diet and diet product to lose weight. I perfected restricted eating and the opposite, binge eating, for over two decades.  At 37 years old I was absolutely worn out from losing and gaining over a thousand pounds, and at 37 years old I began to stop the madness.

At the time I didn't realize I was complying with a very simple Law of The Universe, the Law of Dieting!  The Law of Dieting requires that every pound you lose by dieting restrictively will be returned to you and then some.  In other words, it's an interest-bearing investment.  All the energy, time, deprivation, and money invested in dieting will be paid back ounce for ounce, pound for pound, and some extra pounds for the "interest payment."  The guaranteed weight rebound could be referred to as the Law of Unintended Consequences.

I am thrilled to say that I stopped dieting in 1991.  I started eating everything I had deprived myself of for so many years and I flourished.  I ate without guilt for the first time in 25 years.  I stopped dieting, ultimately lost weight, and maintained a healthy weight for over 15 years.

I'd love to share my experience with you and introduce the process and my latest tools.  I'm ready to share my own lessons with you because I believe I can give hope to others.

Other Personal History

I have been in the gasoline business all my life, having grown up in my father's service stations in Brockton, MA. I started pumping gas when I was twelve, about the same time I started dieting.  Professionally I have worked for over 30 years for major oil companies or gasoline distributors as well as operated my own service station and convenience store with gas.

I don't sell gasoline as much as I help change people's lives as I am their small business advisor.  I'm energetic and innovative.  My great sense of humor and my enthusiasm help me communicate new ideas.

I am a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.  I serve on the Board of Directors of the New England Convenience Store Association (NECSA) and chair the CT Legislative Committee for NECSA.

My husband and I are involved in community activities as well as cycling, aerobic walking and canoeing.  We have two Cocker Spaniels and a yard full of wildlife.

Concept of "All Done Weighting"

All Done Weighting is about how to stop conventional dieting and restricted eating. It's about losing weight once and for all by finding foods that satisfy your body and your soul, by finding key nutrition in foods you love. It's the process of finding that there is enough food to satisfy your hunger forever.

My passion is that by sharing my experience with others it will give them hope. I want to show the possibilities of a completely different and dynamic approach to losing weight. It's by eating that we get to where we want to be with our body size and weight; we can't get there by not eating what we really want. My experience of controlled or deprived eating resulted only in uncontrolled, rebound eating and weight gain.

There's a way to eat that feeds the heart, the soul, and the body. Feeding yourself, feeding your hunger, is the way out of dieting and compulsive eating. Denying your hunger by controlled eating only magnifies the hunger in the long run and I am determined to help you stop the cycle.
